SPARKLE PRESS POLICIES
Each Sparkle Press item is illustrated and printed by hand with lots of extra love and care. Some variations in color and design may occur based on the hand made nature of the product.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Please note orders will not ship until payment has been received, and will be cancelled if payment is not received within 48 hours.
SHIPPING
All non-custom orders are shipped within 2 business days via USPS First-Class Mail. Please contact us for current shipping times if you need a rush delivery.
Sparkle Press is not responsible for products damaged or lost in the mail. International duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Arrangements for insurance, signature confirmation, or expedited shipping may be made for an additional fee. Please email us with the details of your request at hello@pressedwithsparkles.com.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
It is important to us that you are completely happy with your purchase. If you feel the product you have received is not what you were expecting, we are happy to issue an exchange (shipping costs to be paid by the buyer). In the case where Sparkle Press has made a shipping error, we will gladly cover the cost of postage for an exchange or return of the item(s).
